In a significant operation, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) apprehended seven Asian expatriates in the Southern Al Sharqiyah Governorate on charges of illegal drug possession. The suspects were found with over 56 kilograms of marijuana and quantities of crystal methamphetamine. Legal procedures are currently underway against the arrested individuals.
